Professionally, I’ve established myself as an innovative and customer-centric SaaS product manager. I’ve worked small to large enterprise organizations solving for retention, satisfaction, operation, automation and generating revenue. I enjoy working with UX, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success and everyone else I left out. 😀
